Both the exterior and interior of the VT-6TED-WB is black which means that it will not clash with your wall regardless of its color and décor. The door is a double paned glass providing a clear view of the wine bottles inside. These are illuminated by a soft interior light. The wine bottles are stored on chrome shelves in a way that their bodies, instead of their closures or stoppers, are facing the front. This way, you can have the labels displayed through the glass door.
Mounted on the right door frame are an LED display showing the inside temperature of the cooler, and six digital touch-screen control buttons. These are for turning the cooler on or off, switching the interior light, changing the display from Celsius to Fahrenheit and back, activating preset temperatures, and for increasing and lowering temperature levels.
The Vinotemp VT-6TED-WB Thermoelectric Wine Cooler uses an environmentally-friendly solid state thermoelectric cooling system to chill your wines. It does not have a compressor and does not use ozone-depleting refrigerants. As it has very few moving parts, it is very quiet emitting a low decibel level of 15dB. The temperature range of the cooler is from 44 to 66°F. This allows you to store desert and sparkling wines as well as whites and reds.
