With a width of only 15 inches, height of 34.5, and depth of 23.25, and a front vented exhaust, the Vinotemp VT-26 Wine Refrigerator is ideal for a built-in installation under a kitchen or bar counter. Often, it is set up in place of the kitchen trash compactor.
Notwithstanding its rather narrow width, it can accommodate up to 26 bottles of your favorite wines on its seven metal shelves. These are fitted with front wood trims lending the refrigerator a touch of elegance. They slide out on roller assemblies for convenience of storage and retrieval of wine bottles. They are also removable which makes cleaning them easy.
Temperature control is incorporated on the third shelf from the top. In addition to the arrow buttons for the adjustment of temperature, an LED digital display indicates internal temperature. A switch turning on the interior lamp is also included.
With its compressor-based cooling mechanism, the VT-26 can bring temperature inside the cabinet within a range starting from 45° to 65°F. This allows you to store most types of wine from dessert and sparkling wines, like Champagne or Asti; whites, such Sauvignon Blanc or White Burgundy; and reds, as Beaujolais or Bordeaux.
The outer cabinet of the Vinotemp VT-26 Wine Refrigerator is constructed out of stainless steel giving it an attractive sheen. In the event that you would rather not have a built-in installation, you are assured that the refrigerator will look good alongside your other kitchen appliances.
The frame enclosing the glass door is also in stainless steel. It has a long towel bar style handle, also made of stainless steel, which extends the full height of the refrigerator’s right frame. The bottom frame, on the other hand, includes a locking mechanism to secure your wine collection.
