These, along with the black interior that is visible through the glass door, serve to emphasize the wood trim of the wine racks. These are made of maple and are gently curved softening the boxy look of the cabinet.
This Echelon model can hold 24 wine bottles on its six wine racks. These are slide-out types for convenience in storing and retrieving your bottles. They are coated with black vinyl to keep the bottles from slipping and sliding.
A digital temperature control consisting of touch buttons and an LED display is incorporated into the bottom shelf. This allows the setting of temperatures at desired levels. The wine cellar has the additional capability of storing red, white, and sparkling wines at their own ideal storage temperatures. By keeping reds in the upper zone, they are maintained at 55°F, whites in the middle zone get 50°F, while sparkling wines in the bottom zone are chilled at 45°F.
These temperature levels are reached through a compressor-based cooling mechanism. It has only minimal vibration that is not sufficient to agitate the wine sediments. Defrost is automatic thus maintaining constant temperature levels.
The glass door of the wine cellar allows the display of your wine collection. With an interior light equipped with an on/off switch, you can present a striking showcase. In case you forget to turn it off, it will automatically extinguish itself after four hours. In addition to the display functions of the glass door, it also protects the wine from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays.
