The 32 bottles need not be of the same kind. You can have red, white, or sparkling wines. This is possible because the Scotsman has three temperature zones –the upper shelf at about 60°F for red wines, the middle at 50 to 55°F for white wines, and the lower at about 45°F for sparkling wines.
