White and sparkling wines are at their best when served at levels of 43 to 47°F, while reds may need to have their temperatures raised to 65°F. This is where you would need a Kalorik Dual Wine Cooler Model WCL 19241. It quickly and rapidly chills your whites or warms your reds.

The cooler has two receptacles into which bottles with a diameter of up to 3½ inches are inserted. You can use either the pre-programmed suggested temperatures of 63°F for reds, 55°F for whites, and 48°F for champagnes; or set the temperature manually to suit your personal tastes. The two receptacles can be programmed independently of each other so that you can chill sparkling wine and warm rich red wine simultaneously.

Closely and accurately monitoring the temperature of the wine are two wireless probes inserted into the bottle. All you need to do is remove the cork and replace it with the probe.
