Most wine lovers do not drink only one type of wine. Also, different foods go with different wines, which require different storage and serving temperatures. This is the reason for dual zone wine refrigerators, like the N’finity 50 Wine Cellar Model 273 02 50 from Wine Enthusiast.
The N’finity has an upper and a lower zone. The former has a temperature range of 41° – 60°F, while the latter has 45° – 64°F. You can keep your dessert, sparkling, and white wines such as Sauternes, Muscats, Chablis, Chardonnay, Rhone or White Burgundy in the upper zone. There is an overlap in the temperature ranges of the two zones so that you can also store white wines in the lower zone. All types of reds, from the light-bodied Madeira or Zinfandel to the rich and intense Bordeaux or Cabernet Sauvignon, can also be stowed in the lower zone.
Two shelves in the upper and three in the lower zones carry as many as 50 bottles of your favorite wines. These are slide out shelves that are fitted with ball-bearing slides for convenient storage and retrieval of bottles. Giving them a stylishly elegant look are wood front trims.
Your wine collection is visible through a reversible glass door which, along with three soft blue lights, provides a visually appealing display. In addition to this, it also protects the wine from UV rays. The glass door is framed in stainless steel which contrasts attractively with the black cabinet body. A long curved door handle, which is also finished in stainless, adds grace to the otherwise purely straight lines of the wine cellar. A locking mechanism is provided to secure your bottles.
The N’finity 50 Wine Cellar Model 273 02 50 can be built into your kitchen or bar counter, or installed as a freestanding wine cellar. It has measurements of 35″ H x 23.75″ W x 26″ D.
