Built from premium cherry wood that is stained either in provincial, classic, or chocolate finish, the Le Cache European Country Wine Credenza makes an elegant addition to your formal dining room, living room, den, or study.
It features an elaborate crown molding that is integrated with the wood credenza top. It also boasts of a base molding further adding character to the buffet. Having a width of 71 inches, it has three doors consisting of double panes of UV-resistant glass framed with solid cherry wood.
Inside each door of this graceful and refined wine credenza is an interlocking rack of cherry wood that allows individual bottle racking. Together they have a capacity of 150 racked bottles. This means that each bottle is cradled by the wood racks. If you do not mind storing bottles over bottles, the credenza’s holding capacity can be increased to 180. This, however, is not recommended as there is the risk of breakage, and smudging, tearing, or scratching of the labels, not to mention the difficulty of retrieving bottles at the bottom of the pile.
The racks are not limited to standard 750 mL bottles. They can accommodate bigger Burgundy, Pinot Noir, or Champagne bottles, or those with different configurations. You can showcase these bottles through the glass door by turning on the low-heat fluorescent interior light. As an option, you can instead have an LED light at extra cost.
The Le Cache European Country Wine Credenza cools your wine collection with its CellarPro Cooling System. This is a compressor-based mechanism that is extremely quiet and vibration-free. It features an electronic thermostat and LED display. It also has an auto defrost capability and an adjustable humidity control.
The wine credenza is designed for the storage and aging of wine. It automatically shuts itself when inside temperature falls below the Minimum Set Point, while it comes alive if temperature rises beyond the Minimum Set Point plus the Temperature Differential, which is 4°F. The CellarPro, however, is not designed to cool your wine at temperatures 25°F lower than the ambient temperature.
