The outer cabinet as well as the interior of the Koolatron WC04 is black. For this reason, even the transparent glass door and its contoured shelves look black. Black blends perfectly with any color. This is why the WC04 will fit into any kitchen, or any other room, you install it in.
The “04″ in its name indicates that it holds four bottles, making it one of the most compact wine coolers available in the market. It measures approximately 14 inches deep. As for its height and width, this varies on how you wish to install it.
Installed vertically, the wine cooler has a height of about 20 inches and a width of 6 inches. However, you can also have it horizontally, in which case the height and width would be reversed. With this size and its two possible set ups, the WC04 can easily fit into any countertop.
Still, if your counter is already filled with a coffee maker and grinder, bread toaster, ice cream maker, juicer, or other countertop appliances, you can mount it on your hanging cabinets, either horizontally underneath them or vertically on their sides. With this versatility, it is almost impossible not to find a place for the WC04.
Your bottles of wine are cooled with a functional thermoelectric cooling system which neither uses a compressor that causes unwanted vibrations, nor CFCs and HCFCs that deplete the ozone layer. A control panel consisting of touch-pad buttons and a digital display provides access to a thermostat for the adjustment of temperature level. This ranges from 48 to 59°F which means that sparkling, white, and red wines can be stored in the WC04.
